首先，often是表示频率的副词，是说经常。。所以有没有often并不影响的，因为在前后两种情况下都是一般现在时。rain 既是动词，又是名词。比如：It often rains.此时rain是动词，是下雨的意思。若：Here is a hey rain now.意思是，现在这里有场大雨。这时，rain是名词，指雨。表示动作的时候就用动词，比如： It often rains。表示状态的时候用形容词，比如：It is rainy.这时，句中有is 这个Be 动词。句子是“主语+系动词（am is are )+表语”的结构。It 是主语
